These terms apply to your use of sheran.eu and the app supplied by Sheran Investments. The website is currently informational and does not itself sell products or conclude paid contracts.

If the app is downloaded through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms and any mandatory consumer rights also apply.

The app offers simple, self-resetting mini-games for young children. It is an entertainment product and is not medical, therapeutic, childcare or formal educational advice.

A parent or guardian remains responsible for deciding when and how a child uses the device and for enabling appropriate device controls such as Guided Access or Screen Pinning.

Subject to the applicable app-store licence terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for private purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may maintain, update or improve the website and app. Features can change as development continues. We do not promise that every device or operating-system version will remain supported indefinitely.

The app, its artwork, sounds, source code, website design and written content are protected by intellectual-property law. Sheran Investments and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Liability is governed by applicable statutory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits the mandatory rights available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence. The statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.
