This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open a page, technical request data is necessarily transmitted to Vercel. This can include your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system and response status.

The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Our legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR—our legitimate interest in operating and protecting this website. Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to the safeguards it describes in its data-protection documentation.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps connected with a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding).

We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to handle it and to meet any applicable statutory retention duties.

The current version of “1 year old on a plane” works entirely offline. It does not create user accounts and does not contain advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, external links or network calls.

• No names, email addresses or contact information are collected.
• No location, camera, microphone or advertising identifier is accessed.
• No gameplay or device data is transmitted to Sheran Investments or third parties.
• Sounds and artwork are included locally in the app.

Apple and Google may independently process data when a parent downloads the app through their stores. Their own privacy notices apply to that processing.

The app is designed for young children to use with a parent or guardian, but it does not collect personal data from children. This website is directed to parents, guardians and business contacts and does not offer forms or accounts for children.

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing where consent is used.

You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. The supervisory authority responsible for private-sector organisations in Bavaria is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).

We will update this notice before introducing any new data collection, analytics, online app features or other material changes.
